Next Step in the War for OUR RIGHTS

If you believe in retaining your rights and control of your own home, below are the steps you need to take against OG&E:


     Steps for those NOT currently upgraded to a Smart Meter:

  1. Post a sign on your current analog meter stating you decline to be upgraded.  Click HERE for a sample sign.
  2. Go to the Post Office and pick up Certified Mail Receipts and Domestic Return Receipts (three (3) each for Arkansas residents and three (3) each for Oklahoma residents).  You will need these for the next step.
  3. Send a CERTIFIED letter to OG&E declining to be upgraded.  CC a copy of this letter to your State Representative, as well as your Arkansas Public Service Commission or Oklahoma Corporation Commission.  Click HERE for Arkansas instructions.  Click HERE for Oklahoma instructions.


     Steps for those who were upgraded to a Smart Meter without their consent:

  1. Go to the Post Office and pick up Certified Mail Receipts and Domestic Return Receipts (three (3) each for Arkansas residents and three (3) each for Oklahoma residents).  You will need these for the next step.
  2.
